I left Michigan..(where I lived and had just sold my house) rode a bus for 3 days before arriving in Alberta Canada at about 7 am… got off the bus, met my wife to be.. we called the justice of the peace and her neighbours to be witness’s – got married at 7 that evening..

I planned an entire wedding for a couple without ever meeting them. I talked on the phone with them regularly, sent pictures back and forth, emailed incessantly, but pulled it together. I didn’t meet the couple until 3 days prior to the ceremony.
It was fun, it was like meeting old friends. I had worked with them for so long that it was really fun to have them see everything pulled together.
